Granola bars

2 cups | oats |
1 cup | shredded coconut |
1 cup | sliced almonds |
Bake on 350 degrees for 10-15 mins on a baking sheet In separate bowl mix: | |
3 tbsp | butter |
2/3 cups | honey |
1/4 cup | brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp | vanilla |
1/4. Tsp of salt Bring to a boil! In another bowl add together: | |
1/2 cup | wheat germs |
1/2 cup | dried cranberries |
1/2 cup | dried dates |
1/2 cup | dried apricots |
( or what ever dried fruits you want in there)
Pour all together all ingredients the pour in an 8x8 pan lines with wax or parchment paper
Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins
Let cool before cutting into squares!
