Ingredients:
    750 gr  beef ribs in cuts
    2 cm  ginger, slices
    2  lemongrass, thinly slice
    2  bay leaves,, (daun salam)
    5  lime leaves,, (daun jeruk) take out the stem
    2 cm  galangal,, (lengkuas), thinly slice
    1 big  green tomato, cut into 4
    10  green cayenne pepper,, (cabe rawit)
    3 (100 gr)  green tomato, cut into half
    3 tablespoon  sweet soy sauce
    2 teaspoon  salt
    1/2 teaspoon  pepper powder
    1 teaspoon  brown or palm sugar
    3 tablespoon  tamarind water, (from 2 teaspoon tamarind and 3 tablespoon water)
1 stem chives (daun bawang) cut 1 cm
    2000 ml  water
Grilled ingredients:
    3 big  red chillies
    7  whole shallots, crushed
    5  garlic, crushed
    2 cm  turmeric, grilled crushed

How to cook:
1. Boiled beef ribs, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal on small fire until it smell good/fragrant

2. Add grilled ingredients. Close the lid on small fire until ribs are tender and cooked.

3. Add tomatoes, green cayenne, green tomatoes, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, brown/palm sugar, tamarind water, chives until everything cooked.
