Creamiest -ever Mac n cheese

8 oz | caveat apps pasta |
1/4 cup | italian seasoned bread crumbs |
1 tbsp | butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups | milk |
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz ) | condensed cheddar cheese soup |
1/2 cup | hot water |
12oz | shredded cheese, 3 cups |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
1 tbsp | chopped fresh parsley |
Preheat oven to 350.cook pasta according to package directions. Drain;
Meanwhile, coat a 2qt. Baking dish with cooking spray. Combine breadcrumbs and butter: reserve
In a large pot, whisk together milk, soup and hot water. Over medium high heat, bring to boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium; stir in cheese and pepper. Cook, stirring, until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, stir in pasta. Transfer to baking dish,sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture. Bake until golden and bubbly, 20-25 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
