| 1tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 1/4 C | seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1/2 C | parmesan |
butter olive oil
Pound breast to 1/4 inch. Combin flour, salt, pepper. 2nd plate beat eggs with 1T water. 3rd plate crumbs and cheese.
Heat 1Toil and 1T butter. Cook each side 5 minutes.
