Zucchini Bisque

    10 lbs.  zucchini
    7 cups  diced potato
    3 ½ cups  chopped onion
    ¼ cup  chopped basil
    1 Tbsp.  tarragon leaves
    38 cups  vegetable broth
    3 Tbsp.  chopped garlic
    3 Tbsp.  balsamic vinegar if needed
    5 cups  soy milk powder

Procedure:
5. Preheat oven to 350º.
6. Put zucchini, potato, onion, dill, tarragon, vegetable broth, chopped garlic
in pot, bring to boil about 30 minutes.
7. Puree mixture with vinegar, soy sauce, and soy milk powder.
8. Simmer 15 minutes longer.
