•2 lbs cubed pork tender loin Marinade: | |
½ cup | salad oil |
¼ cup | lemon juice |
1 tsp | each salt, marjoram, thyme |
½ tsp | pepper |
1 clove | minced garlic |
½ cup | chopped onion |
¼ cup | snipped parsley |
Stir meat in marinade to coat. Refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temp. for 2-3 hours. Turn meat occasionally.
Cook 15 minutes on high barbeque.
