Softshell Crab

Yield: Serves 4 to 6 Ingredients: 12 soft-shell crabs | |
1 cup | vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | white vinegar |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | lemon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | tarragon leaves |
1/8 teaspoon | grated lemon rind |
1/8 teaspoon | garlic powder |
Preparation:
Preheat grill. In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the crabs. Mix well and brush over the bottom of crabs. Place crabs over medium fire and baste the topside. Grill for about 5 minutes per side.
