20 - cups tomatoes blended | |
1/3 - cup | pickling salt |
6 - lg. | onions chopped |
2 - cloves | garlic chopped |
1 - lb. | JalapeƱo peppers chopped |
6 - lg. pablano peppers chopped 2 - cups cilantro chopped | |
1/4 - cup | ground cumin |
2 - tablespoons lime juice per jar | |
1- tablespoon | cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients in large pot (except for lime juice). Bring to boil. Put into jars and seal.
