Shrimp Teriyaki

3 Tb. | soy sauce |
1 Tb. | water |
1 Tb. + 1 tsp. | sesame oil |
2 tsp. | sherry extract |
1/8 tsp. | garlic powder |
1/4 tsp. | ground ginger |
2 tsp. | honey |
1 1/4 lb. | peeled, deveined shrimp |
Combine all ingredients except shrimp, in a shallow bowl. Add shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, turning shrimp occasionally. Preheat broiler. Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a broiler pan. Broil 3" from heat for 5 minutes. Turn and broil 4-5 minutes until shrimp is just done. Heat marinade and serve with shrimp.
