Shrimp and Noodle Bowls

1 lb. | cooked small shrimp |
2 c. | broccoli coleslaw mix |
6 | green onions, thinly sliced |
1/2 c. | minced cilantro |
2/3 c. | red sesame ginger salad dressing |
Cook pasta; drain and rinse in cold water. Transfer to a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
