melt .75 lb chocolate to temp of 120 in a double broiler over low heat then pour in remaining chocolate. Pull from heat and dip oranges even to do a solid coat. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and put on wax lined baking sheet. Chill once hardened pull out of oranges and freeze until ready.
Assemble as expected.
