| ¾ c. | vinegar |
| 1 ¼ c. | sugar |
| ½ med. | onion |
| 2 tsp. | salt |
| 2 tsp. | dry mustard |
Mix the above ingredients in blender. SLOWLY add 2c. oil (canola or vegetable not olive oil) til well blended. Gently fold in 1 tsp. poppy seeds. Makes 1 quart.
