| Party Potatoes 1 batch serves 25 3 batches will fill one (4 inch deep convection oven pan) | |
| 16 oz. | cream cheese softened |
| 16 oz. | French onion dip |
| 8 c. | instant potato flakes |
| 8 c. | milk |
| 3 c. | water |
| 1 ½ sticks | butter |
| 3 tsp. | salt |
Bring milk, water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add flakes; stir well. Add cream cheese, onion dip and salt. Beat all until smooth with hand mixer. This amount fits well in a Fix-n-Mix Tupperware container. Bring to church warm.
