Hashbrowns with Ham&Cheese

| 1lb | hashbrowns frozen |
| 1 | onion |
| 1tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
| 1-2C | ham chopped |
| 2T | olive oil |
Combine potatoes, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Rub bottom of glass pan with olive oil. Place 1/2 of potato mixture in pan. Top with ham and cheese. Add remaining potatoes. Press down. Rub 1T of olive oil on top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 450.
