Lemon-Tahini Sauce for Artichokes

3 tablespoons | fresh lemon juice |

Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, oil, and lemon zest; season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Slowly stir in ¼ cup warm water.
