| 3 tazas harina 2 tazas azucar 2cdas. Rexal | |
| 1/2 c. | Bicarbonato |
1 1/2 tazas de aceite
4 huevos
1/2 taza de nuez
1/2 tazas de pasitas
3 tazas de zabahorias ralladas
Se baten los huevos enteros con el azucar a punto de crema. Se agrega el harina cernida con el rexal y el bicarbonato, alternando con el aceite y por ulitimo se agrega la zanahoria , la nuez y las pasitas, se hornea a 175 C por 1 hora.
