4 | Plum Tomatoes |
8 Oil Packed sun dried tomatoes | |
1 Tbsp. | Dried Basil |
4 | Scallions |
3/4 Pound | Linguine |
3 Tbsp | Olive Oil or Oil from the sun- dried tomatoes |
4 Cloves | garlic |
1 tsp | Oregano |
1/4 tsp. | Red pepper flakes |
1/4 tsp. | Black Pepper |
1 Can (8 ounces) | Tomato Sauce |
Boil water for pasta
Chop plum tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes, set aside.
In a large skillet, sauté oil, garlic, scallions, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes and black pepper, about 2mins. Add tomato sauce to skillet, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add both plum and sun-dried tomatoes to sauce.
Serve over linguini.
