1/3 c. | butter, melted |
1 tsp. | dried rosemary |
1/2 tsp. | garlic, minced |
2 1/4 c. | flour |
2 Tb. | grated Parmesan cheese |
3 1/2 tsp. | baking powder |
1 Tb. | sugar |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1 c. | milk |
Combine butter, rosemary and garlic in a 13x9" baking pan; tilt to coat bottom of pan. Combine flour, cheese, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl; stir in milk until just moistened. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; knead 10 times or until smooth. Roll dough into a 12x6" rectangle; cut into 12, 1" wide strips. Place in pan and turn to coat with butter mixture. Twist each strip about 6 times. Arrange strips 2" apart on a greased baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
