Caribbean Jerk Wing Sauce

1 c. | Water |
3/4 c. | Catsup |
1/2 c. Plus 2 Tblsp | brown sugar |
1/4 c. | Apple cider vinegar |
2 tsp. | blk pepper |
2 tsp. | Worcestershire |
2 tsp. | lemon juice |
1 1/2 tsp. | cayenne pepper |
1 tsp. | parsley |
1 tsp. | cornstarch |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/2 tsp. | garlic powder |
1/2 tsp. | thyme |
1/4 tsp. | onion powder |
1/8 tsp. | cloves |
1/8 tsp | nutmeg |
1/8 tsp. | allspice |
1/8 tsp. | sage |
Melt margarine and add onions. Cook til softened. Add remaining ingredients cook 45 minutes.
