Roasted Red Potatoes

16 medium | unpeeled red potatoes, scrubbed, quartered |
2 Tb. | vegetable oil |
3/4 tsp. | garlic powder |
3/4 tsp. | onion powder |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/8 tsp. | cayenne pepper |
1/8 tsp. | paprika |
Place potatoes in a 13x9 baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over potatoes, stirring until potatoes are thoroughly coated. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring after 30 minutes.
