20 oz | Cento Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed |
20 oz | Cento White Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed |
19 oz | Cento Chick Peas, drained and rinsed |
ΒΌ cup | onion, chopped |
1 cup | celery, chopped |
1 | green pepper, chopped, (approx. 1 cup) |
2 oz | Cento White Balsamic Vinegar |
2 oz | Bellino Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Salt and Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, mix beans, onions, celery and green pepper; cover and set aside. In a separate dish, mix vinegar, oil, salt and black pepper; cover with plastic wrap. Chill both bean mixture and dressing for several hours. Before serving, pour dressing over bean mixture; mix until evenly coated. Serves12.
