Fried potato sauce

6 lbs. | ripe tomatoes |
2 large | chopped/peeled green peppers |
2 large | chopped onions |
2 cups | sugar |
2 cups (16 oz) | 5% acid strength cider vinegar |
2 tbl | canning salt |
Loosen skins on tomatoes & chop. Place remaining ingredients in pan & cook until thick. Put in jars & preserve for 15 minutes @ 10 lbs pressure.
