| 1 3/4 cup | flour |
| 1 Tbs | baking powder |
| 2 | egg yolks |
| 1 3/4 cup | milk |
| 1/3 cup | oil |
| 2 | egg whites |
Mix egg yolks (beaten) with milk and oil. Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add wet to dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites into batter. Pour into a hot waffle iron.
