| 1 pack | yeast |
| 1 1/2 cups | warm water |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 4 cups | flour |
| 1 tbsp. | EVOO |
Mix sugar, water, and yeast in bread machine and set on 8
Add flour in small amounts
When dough is mixed well, add EVOO to outside of pan and let mix a few more times to prevent sticking
Remove dough, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes
Use hands to stretch out dough to pan size
Add toppings
Cook at 400 until edges are golden brown
