    1.8l  vegetable stock
    2  onions
    Pinch  cinnamon
    Juice of 1  lime

Roast red capsicum & carrots. Boil baked vegetables in vege stock. Add lime juice onion & cinnamon. Cool & blend . Sprinkle with a few walnuts.
