| 1 cup | water |
| 1 tablespoon | vanilla extract |
| 8 | dates, (pitted) |
| ΒΌ teaspoon | celtic sea salt |
| 6 tablespoons | Sunbutter, (or sunflower seed butter) |
1.Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix
2.Pour into ice cream maker and process according to instructions
3.Serve
