Spicy Vinaigrette Sesame oil is a good source of vitamin E. Ingredients | |
Juice and grated zest of 2 | limes |
2 tablespoons | sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | water |
2 tablespoons | rice-wine vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | grated fresh ginger |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon | crumbled dried chile pepper or red-pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon | coarse salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk to combine.
