Ice Cream - Cashew Ice Cream with a Twist

Ingredients: | |
2 cups | raw cashews |
2 cups | water |
1 cup | agave nectar |
4 tbsp. | coconut oil, (melted, if hard) |
2 tsp. | vanilla |
1/2 cup | almond butter, (any other nut butter of choice works too) |
1/4 tsp. | sea salt |
Instructions:
•Blend together cashews & water until smooth.
•Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
•Place in ice cream maker and let it stir until thickened.
Optional: If you don’t have an ice cream maker, simply place the blended mixture in the freezer to harden, stirring occasionally
