Green Eggs | |
4 | eggs |
4 large | kale leaves, (do not trim or remove stems) |
pinch | celtic sea salt |
oil of your choice for frying pan
Place eggs, kale leaves and salt in Vitamix
Blend on high until smooth
Heat oil in pan over medium heat
Pour egg mixture in pan
Allow eggs to cook a bit, then scramble
Cook eggs to your preferred doneness
Serve
