Split Pea Soup 4points

16 ounces | dried split peas |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 stalks | celery, chopped |
1 pound | ham bones |
2 cups | carrot, chopped |
1 each | bay leaf |
1/2 teaspoon | rosemary |
Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. (High 5 to 6 hours) Makes 2 1/2 quarts. One serving is about 1 1/4 cups.
