1 1/4 cups  semisweet chocolate chips
    7 ounces  condensed milk, sweetened
    1 tablespoon  butter
    1 1/2 teaspoons  vanilla extract

Microwave chips in 1 quart glass measuring cup for 1 minute on HIGH (100%), stir, microwave another 30 seconds, stir again (depending on chip used, you may need to microwave another 30 seconds or so). Blend in condensed milk. Top with butter, cut in two or three pieces to facilitate melting. Microwave on HIGH (100%) another 45 seconds or untill butter melts. Add vanilla and nuts, stirring only until well mixed. Pour into a greased 5 x 10-inch disposable pan or wax paper lined small loaf pan. Don't spread with spatula if you can avoid it; the less you touch the surface after puoring, the shinier the fudge will look. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting. Can be frozen and doubled if microwave is large enough.
