Nettie's Grilled Chicken Breasts

| 4-oz skinned, boned breasts, pounded | |
| 1 Tbsp | ground cumin |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/8 tsp | ground red pepper |
| 1/8 tsp | black pepper |
| Combine above spices | |
| 2 tsp | vegetable oil- brush over chic |
| 6 cups | mesclun lettuce |
| Dressing: | |
| 3 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | low sodium soy sauce |
| 2 tbsp | orange marmalade |
| 1 tsp | dark sesame oil |
Mix above ingredients and pour over greens
Plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
