    7 ounces  dried mixed fruit
    1/2 cup  orange juice
    4 teaspoons  sugar
    1 piece  stick cinnamon
    1/2 cup  nonfat yogurt, plain
    1 teaspoon  orange peel, to garnish

In medium saucepan, combine dried fruit, orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon stick; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered 10 minutes.

Uncover; simmer 10 minutes longer.

Serve fruit compote warm or chilled; remove and discard cinnamon stick before serving. Divide compote among dessert dishes; top each portion with an equal amount of yogurt. Garnish with fruit peel.
