    1/4 pound  margarine, melt in 9x13 metal pan
    5 each  eggs, beaten well
    2 cups  1% milk
    3/4 cup  flour
    2 tablespoons  sugar
    1 pinch  salt
    2 cups  strawberries, cut up
    3/4 cup  sour cream, light
    3/4 cup  brown sugar

Preheat over 400. Melt margerine in 9 x 13 metal baking pan. In blender beat eggs well, then add remaining ingredients until well blended; pour over melted margerine. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until top is slightly brown and bubbly.
