Baked Pancake with Strwberries, sour cream and brown Sugar

1/4 pound | margarine, melt in 9x13 metal pan |
5 each | eggs, beaten well |
2 cups | 1% milk |
3/4 cup | flour |
2 tablespoons | sugar |
1 pinch | salt |
2 cups | strawberries, cut up |
3/4 cup | sour cream, light |
3/4 cup | brown sugar |
Preheat over 400. Melt margerine in 9 x 13 metal baking pan. In blender beat eggs well, then add remaining ingredients until well blended; pour over melted margerine. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until top is slightly brown and bubbly.
