| 70 g | Butter |
| 250 g | Zucker |
| 50 g | Kakaopulver |
| 2 | Ei,, (er) |
| 100 ml | Wasser |
| 140 g | Mehl, Type 405 |
| ½ TL | Backpulver |
| ½ Pck. | Vanillepulver |
| ¼ TL | Salz |
| 50 g | Nüsse,, (Pekan-), oder Walnüsse, gehackt |
| Fett, für das Blech | |
Zubereitung:
Ofen auf 160 Grad vorheizen.
Butter zerlassen, Zucker und Kakaopulver mit Eiern und Wasser unterrühren. Restliche Zutaten dazugeben und zu einem weichem Teig verrühren. Dann die Nüsse dazugeben. Auf ein gefettetes Backblech streichen und 18 bis 20 Minuten backen.
Arbeitszeit: 15 Min.
Koch-/Backzeit: 20 Min.
