Spinach and Ricotta Bake

500g | Penne pasta |
1 | red capsicum |
1 | zucchini, sliced |
1.5 cups | baby spinach |
1 large jar | tomato pasta bake sauce |
200g | ricotta cheese |
1 cup | grated tasty cheese |
1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cook pasta as per instructions.
3. In a large dish combine vegetables, tomato sauce and pasta. Stir well.
4. Sprinkle with ricotta and tasty cheese and bake for 10-15min or until golden brown.
