Brunch Casserole

1 pkg | Seasoned croutons |
2 cups | shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 lb | sausage, browned and drained |
8 | eggs |
1 1/2 cups | milk |
3/4 t | dry mustard |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
hot sauce | |
1 T | worcestershire sauce |
Layer croutons, cheese and sausage in 9 X 13 casserole.
MIx eggs, milk, mustard, soup, hot sauce and worchestershire sauce.
Pour over layers.
Let set 4 hours or overnight in refridgerator.
Cook at 350 for 1 hour covered and 20 minutes uncovered.
