Seafood Chowder

1/4 cup | fat pork |
2 sticks | celery |
1 | carrots, ( curled with parer ) |
4 large | potatoes |
1 small package | fresh mushrooms |
1 bunch | green onions |
2 cans | mushroom soup |

Skim milk to desired thickness of chowder
Fry fat pork, add thinly sliced celery and onions. Add some water and let simmer. Next add diced potatoes, carrots curls, green onion and sliced fresh mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add mushroom soup and milk. Mix thoroughly then place seafood on top of mixture and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
DO NOT BOIL!!
