Basil Pesto

1/2 cup | fresh Basil Leaves |
1 clove | Garlic |
2 tbsp | Pine Nuts |
1 tsp | Olive Oil |
60g | Parmesan Cheese, grated |
4 tbsp | Light Cream |
1. Blend Basil, Garlic, Pine Nuts, Oil and Parmesan Cheese in a blender until well combined
2. Add Basil mixture to pan with Cream. Gently heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes
3. Serve dobbed on top of lamb.
