| 50g | chocolat noir |
| 125ml | lait |
| 250ml | lait concentré sucré |
Faire fondre doucement les daims et le chocolat dans une casserole avec le lait.
Quand tout est bien fondu, ajouter hors du feu le lait concentré sucré, bien mélanger et verser dans des pots.
Se conserve au frais.
