Indian pork curry

Indian pork curry Categories: indian|pork|curry|main dish
Nb persons: 4

    400 g  pork, sliced
    1 cup  onion, chopped
    2 tbsp  vindaloo curry paste
      salt and pepper
    1 can  peeled tomatoes
    3 cups  rice

Sauté the pork in a skillet with the curry paste.
Add the onion and cook until the onion is also done.
Add the tomatoes with the liquid from the can, cover the pan and cook 1/2 hour with weak fire.
Season to taste.
Serve with cooked rice.
