Indian pork curry
Nb persons: 4
400 g | pork, sliced |
1 cup | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | vindaloo curry paste |
salt and pepper | |
1 can | peeled tomatoes |
3 cups | rice |
Sauté the pork in a skillet with the curry paste.
Add the onion and cook until the onion is also done.
Add the tomatoes with the liquid from the can, cover the pan and cook 1/2 hour with weak fire.
Season to taste.
Serve with cooked rice.
