Rigatoni with salami, mozzarella and arugula

INGREDIENTS- • 1/4 cup extra- virgin olive oil/ plus • 4 garlic cloves - thinly slice • 1/4 plum tomatoes, chopped • splash of white wine | |
1 lb | rigatoni |
1/4 lb | salami cubes |
• salt and freshly ground pepper, tas
• 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cubes
• pecoriino
1. Boil a pot of water, salt the water and put in pasta go about 12- 14 min
2. Warm oil in a sauté pan on med heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden or about 1 to 2 min. Add tomatoes for about 4-5 min. Add wine and bring to a boil for five min. Add salami and season to taste. Remove from heat
3. Drain pasta and add tomato sauce. Add mozzarella and arugela and pecorino and drizzle olive oil.
