Cheese Sauce

    120ml  Vegetable Stock
    100g  Cream Cheese
    50g  Grated Cheese
    1/2 Tsp  Mustard Powder
    1/2 Tsp  Dried Thyme

Bring the stock to the boil in the pan. Add the cream cheese, breaking it up with a whisk. Whisk until the cheese is smooth and melted.

Add the grated cheese, mustard and thyme and whisk until the cheese has melted and the sauce is thick. Remove from heat and serve.
