Fiesta Roll-ups

| 8 oz | cream cheese softened |
| 16 oz | sour cream |
| 1 pkg | Hidden Valley Fiesta Dressing dry |
| 1 small can | diced chilies |
| 1 jar | diced pimentos |
| 1small can | diced black olives |
| 3 cups | Monterey jack cheese |
Package of 10' jalapeño cheddar wraps
Drain pimentos and chilies and set aside.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, fiesta dressing mix. Add and mix in chilies, pimentos and olives, then cheese.
Spread mixture over entire wrap and roll the up. Wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate for several hours, then take out and slice.
