Red clam sauce

| 4tbsps | oil. 2/3 garlic |
| 1 small | onion chopped. Can tomatoes |
| 1/3cup | parsley. Or 1 tsp. Can clams |
Salt & pepper. 6 leaves basil or 1/2 tsp dry
Cooke garlic and onion add tomatoes, clam juice and spices. Cook 30mins
Add rinsed clams cook 5mins. Serve over any skinny pasta
Grated cheese over top
