1 | red capsicum |
4 | eggs |
1 cup | skim milk |
1 cup | baby spinach |
2 tbs | herbs |
1/3 cup | low fat cheese |
1. Steam sweet potato until tender, cool
2. Sauté red capcicum & onionuntil soft, cool
3. Combine cooked veg & remaining ingredients in a large bowl
4. Pour mix into 2L capacity baking dish
5. Cook for 35 min oruntil det at 180•
