1 1/2 tbl | unsalted butter |
1 cup | carrots, thinly sliced |
1 Tbl | fresh parsley, chopped |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
1/4 tsp | salt |
Prepare rice according to package
Melt butter in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add carrot; cook 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in rice, parsley, pepper, and salt, cook 1 minute
