1/2 cup | chopped celery |
2 | minced garlic cloves |
1/2 cup | chili sauce |
1/4 cup | water |
14.5 oz | can diced tamato |
1/2 tsp | dried leaf thyme, crumbled |

hot sauce to taste |
Heat oil
Sauté chicken and sausage until mainly done
Add onion, pepper, and garlic and sauté until done
Add remaining ingredients, cover, cook 30 minutes
