    1  onion, chopped
    1 16 oz can  black beans
    1 16 oz can  kidney beans
    1 8 oz can  tomato sauce
    10 oz  pkg frozen corn kernels
    2 14.5 oz cans  diced tomatoes with chiles
    1 packet  taco seasoning
    1 Tbsp  cumin
    1 Tbsp  chili powder
    24 oz  boneless, skinless chicken breasts, (about three)
      Chile peppers, chopped, (optional)
      Chopped fresh cilantro

Combine everything in crockpot except fresh cilantro. Put chicken on top. Cook for 10 hours on low or 6 hours on high. Remove chicken half hour before serving, shred, return to pot and stir in. Top w/ fresh cilantro. Serve w/ low fat cheese and/or sour cream (extrapoints)
