Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili

1 | onion, chopped |
1 16 oz can | black beans |
1 16 oz can | kidney beans |
1 8 oz can | tomato sauce |
10 oz | pkg frozen corn kernels |
2 14.5 oz cans | diced tomatoes with chiles |
1 packet | taco seasoning |
1 Tbsp | cumin |
1 Tbsp | chili powder |
24 oz | boneless, skinless chicken breasts, (about three) |
Chile peppers, chopped, (optional) | |
Chopped fresh cilantro |
Combine everything in crockpot except fresh cilantro. Put chicken on top. Cook for 10 hours on low or 6 hours on high. Remove chicken half hour before serving, shred, return to pot and stir in. Top w/ fresh cilantro. Serve w/ low fat cheese and/or sour cream (extrapoints)
