Chocolate Chess Pie

Chocolate Chess Pie | |
6 regular | size pie crusts, (not deep) |
4.5 cups | sugar |
1 cup + 2 TBLS | Cocoa, sifted |
9 | eggs, slightly beaten |
2 (12 oz) cans | evaporated milk |
5 sticks | butter, melted |
2 TBLS | vanilla |
1 tsp | almond extract |
Mix sugar and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Divide equally in unbaked crust , apprx 2 cups per pie. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until just set in center.
